This is a permanent position with on-site work at KBRH and KLH, with potential to work remotely from the home station and occasional visits to Nelson (once or twice a month). VISIONARY CARE: CRAFTING YOUR CLINICAL PATH Join our team in a regional role offering on-site work in Trail or remote work, with occasional visits to Nelson to maintain a dynamic professional experience and work-life balance. We offer a variety of sophisticated medical imaging services to promote community well-being. In addition to time at KBRH and KLH, your skills support Castlegar and District Community Health Centre, Grand Forks’ Boundary District Hospital, Slocan Community Health Centre, and Arrow Lakes Hospital in Nakusp. Our plans include a new MR suite; we currently operate two CTs at KBRH and KLH, four ultrasound imaging centers, basic interventional radiology, a diagnostic mammography center, nuclear medicine, and bone densitometry. Facilities support learning through medical students and residents rotating through KBRH and the region, with involvement in Physician Quality Improvement (PQI) projects supported by Doctors of BC. Your input can drive innovation and progress. You’ll thrive in a supportive, collaborative environment, delivering imaging services with flexibility for 13 weeks of leave and potential additional leave when needed. We serve approximately 85,000 residents across the region, offering round-the-clock emergency and trauma care, ICU, renal dialysis, and NICU capabilities, and a range of surgical and specialty services. Specialists cover ophthalmology, ENT, orthopedic surgery, pediatrics, plastics, psychiatry, urology, general surgery, obstetrics & gynecology, neurology, oncology, and internal medicine. The 24-hour High Acuity Response Team (HART) anchors our regional hub role for high-acuity cases. Compensation

Compensation Type: Fee-for-Service. Estimated remuneration: Attractive gross annual income based on fee-for-service; Physician overhead is addressed by home-reporting station arrangements. Benefits and Incentives

Vacation leave: 13 weeks of leave; may be eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), including: Retention Premium 11.48%, Retention Flat Fee $17,790. Relocation Funding: up to $9,000 within BC, $12,000 within Canada, $15,000 from outside Canada. Recruitment Incentive $15,000 (prorated for part-time). Other Benefits: RCME program with up to $600 for up to 2 years, $3,600 in years 3–4, and $6,600 after year 4, plus Doctors of BC CME funds.
