Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $260,000 - $275,000 base
Annual productivity bonus potential: $25,000
Sign-on bonus: $25,000
Moving/office expense stipend: $10,000
PTO: 25 days in year 1; increasing to 40 days maximum
Equal call schedule, every 4 weeks (+/- pod size)
Pod coverage: 2-3 hospitals and 4-5 dialysis centers
