NTKDA is excited to add three nephrologists to their team for retirement successions. Comprehensive benefits, including 401k with 3% employer contribution 4 weeks PTO (increases to6 weeksafter year 2) Partnership after 2 years of employment Panoramic equity grant after 2 years of employment with opportunity to buy more Quarterly productivity bonuses CME annual allowance$2500 Additionalpay opportunity for internal locums Create your own schedule, prioritizing patient care and flexible work-life balance Pod model - 3-4 physicians per pod to minimize travel 1:4 or 1:3 weekend call (dependent upon your pod) Typical week consistsof: office clinics, 2-4 dialysis shifts, cover assigned acute hospital Immediate patient base in a thriving community.
