Overview
Geisinger is recruiting a per diem OB Hospitalist to join the team at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center (GWV) in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, experienced working with midwives and residents, and comfortable co-managing with them. In this role you will provide inpatient care to pregnant women and manage labor and delivery on both emergency and routine bases. GWV averages 2000 deliveries per year and is supported by a level III NICU.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with midwives and residents to co-manage care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
Doctoral Degree (Required)
Licensed Medical Doctor – State of Pennsylvania
