This is a benefited, full-time position working 10-hour day shifts on varied weekdays, generally from 7:30 am to 6 pm. Rotating day off each week. Located at Scripps Clinic Torrey Pines in La Jolla.

Our highly skilled Specialized Services RNs work in an innovative, welcoming, and patient-centered environment.
The department has 25 chairs and performs an average of 55-70 cancer treatments daily, including oncology infusions and supporting treatments.
The care team includes charge and resource nurses, working closely with clinic providers.
We treat all malignancy types, have an on-site compounding pharmacy, and are proud of our patient outcomes.
What you'll do:
Perform patient assessments and care tasks, including emergency procedures, medication administration, and chemotherapy/biotherapy as appropriate.
Educate patients and document patient interactions.
Practice infection control.
Contribute to team efforts to ensure quality patient care within your scope of practice.
This position is eligible for New Hire Incentives up to $7,000.00.
The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:
Internal candidates
Rehires who left Scripps less than 3 years ago
Candidates with less than 1 year of RN experience
To remain eligible for your retention incentive, the following criteria must be met:
Remain in the original hired FTE status and shift (if specified in the offer letter)
Remain in the original department/specialty
Remain in the original job title
Transfers to other locations will be reviewed case-by-case and may result in forfeiting remaining incentives unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
