Overview
The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist assists the pharmacy management team in the provision of clinical pharmacy services within a specialty area (e.g., critical care, oncology, medicine, surgery). This is an antimicrobial stewardship and infectious diseases pharmacy specialist position. Responsibilities
Provide clinical pharmacy services within a designated specialty area to support patient care. Collaborate with the pharmacy management team on antimicrobial stewardship and infectious diseases initiatives. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree - BS in Pharmacy, or PharmD - Doctor of Pharmacy. Washington Pharmacist License upon hire. Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license where applicable. Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS) where applicable. Preferred Qualifications
Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent. Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency. About Kadlec / Providence
