Overview
The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist assists the pharmacy management team in the provision of clinical pharmacy services within a specialty area (e.g. critical care, oncology, medicine, surgery). This is an antimicrobial stewardship and infectious diseases pharmacy specialist position. Responsibilities
Provide clinical pharmacy services within a designated specialty area in collaboration with the pharmacy management team.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree - BS in Pharmacy, or PharmD - Pharmacy Doctorate of Pharmacy.
Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.
When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license.
Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS).
Preferred Qualifications
Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.
Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
