As Director of Analytics, you’ll take on the challenge of building a function from the ground up that turns complex data into insights leaders can act on. You’ll design models, processes, and strategies that help forecast workforce needs, uncover patterns, and guide decision-making across a global employee population of 10,000+. This role isn’t about reporting numbers—it’s about applying advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data storytelling to shape the future of how we work and grow. You’ll set the vision for analytics within HR, but you’ll also roll up your sleeves to ensure insights are practical, accessible, and embedded in everyday operations. By creating scalable processes, defining meaningful KPIs, and partnering with HR and business leaders, you’ll ensure analytics plays a central role in solving challenges and driving long-term strategy.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Design and lead a global people analytics strategy that aligns with business and HR objectives, supporting a large-scale, international workforce.
Operational Integration: Lead the operational execution of the people analytics function by developing standardized processes, tools, and workflows. Promote consistency and scalability by sharing best practices with other business unit teams to ensure insights are integrated into daily HR activities and decision-making across the organization.
Advanced Analytics: Build and implement predictive and prescriptive models to identify trends, forecast workforce needs, and support strategic planning.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders by identifying key challenges, surfacing opportunities, and delivering insights that shape decision-making.
Technology Enablement: Oversee the deployment and optimization of analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python) to improve access, visualization, and storytelling.
Data Governance & Ethics: Maintain strong governance practices to ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance across systems and geographies.
Team Leadership: Grow and mentor a high-performing analytics team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Global Reporting: Drive consistency and accuracy in workforce metrics by streamlining reporting practices across regions and business units.
Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years in HR analytics or a related field, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing enterprise-wide analytics initiatives. Global experience preferred.
Technical Expertise: Proficient in SQL, Python, or R, and experienced with HRIS platforms including UKG (preferred), Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ADP.
Strategic Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, ideally in the CPG industry, with the ability to align analytics initiatives to business strategy.
Change Management: Proven success driving organizational change through data-informed insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate complex data to cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in HR analytics or data science are a plus.
Compensation Pay Range: $220,000-$245,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
