Responsibilities

Flexible full-time schedule with .8 to 1.0 FTE options available

Outpatient practice with nursing home coverage option

Manageable patient volume of 18 - 22 patients per day

Join an established team of physicians and advanced practitioners

Shared call schedule with RN triage support

Comprehensive care team including pharmacist and diabetic educator
