Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Grade Levels: TK - 8th grade
Compensation: Starting at $56/hour (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language therapy services to students in PreK-12 schools, helping them develop communication skills and overcome speech and language disorders.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.
Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' goals.
Incorporate evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities into sessions.
Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and relevant information in a timely manner.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech and language needs.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a SLP
Current ASHA Certification
Passion for working with K-12 students
Experience providing SLP services in a school or pediatric setting
Proficiency in assessment tools and techniques used in pediatric SLP
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and school staff
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of AAC systems and assistive technology (preferred)
