Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Nursing

RN certification in Florida

5+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living or home health

2+ years in hiring and supervisory roles

Functional and regulatory expertise

Responsibilities:

Oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality nursing care

Manage, train, and mentor nursing staff

Develop and maintain resident care plans

Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare for inspections

Communicate with residents and families regarding care

Implement nursing policies and procedures

Participate in budget management and resource allocation
