Overview
Benefits and Wellness Manager at Korn Ferry. Based in Boston and reporting to the Head of Americas Benefits. Responsible for assisting with the benefits and wellness strategy and operations across the U.S., Bermuda, and Canada, with a focus on enhancing benefits, work-life and wellness programs, improving efficiency in benefits operations, and increasing employee understanding and utilization of benefits plans. This role requires analytical, vendor management, project management, and creative problem-solving skills to execute a multi-faceted strategy. Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Assist with managing the Americas benefits plans and associated vendor/broker relationships, including benefit renewals and the annual US Open Enrollment cycle. Analyze and optimize benefits and healthcare process workflows and technology solutions, focusing on preventive care and appropriate healthcare utilization. Help manage the Americas retirement plan/wealth advisory strategy and operations, including 401(k) with emphasis on employees\' long-term financial well-being. Execute benefits and wellness strategies by benchmarking, identifying gaps, and supporting market-leading solutions aligned with culture and values. Enhance the benefits governance framework and drive operational efficiencies across all benefits programs and systems. Identify and drive enhanced benefits-focused employee experiences in onboarding, offboarding, global mobility/transfers, and work-life milestones. Partner with Finance and Payroll for analysis, trend forecasting, and budgeting to support short- and long-term planning. Develop impactful marketing and communication strategies through technology solutions such as the intranet and third-party platforms. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, HR or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years of experience with US employee benefits strategy and operations. Proven track record in health/wellness and work-life programs. Experience in retirement plans from an implementation and governance standpoint. Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Americas employee benefits plan design including healthcare, work-life and retirement plans, and related administration, payroll, regulatory requirements, and taxation. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail. Proven vendor management experience and ability to partner with external service providers to ensure quality service. Experience building efficient operational processes and influencing stakeholders. Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday for benefits data, processes, and reporting. Ability to work in a dynamic, matrixed environment with collaboration and stakeholder management. Self-motivated with strong client service orientation and autonomy. Strong business acumen and data-informed decision-making, including understanding of competitor offerings.
