Overview Are you an optometrist looking for a dynamic, collaborative environment where you can practice full-scope optometry and grow your career? We are a well-established, physician-owned group practice located in the beautiful Willamette Valley, currently seeking a motivated and patient-focused optometrist to join our team.
Responsibilities
Team-Based Care: Work alongside 6 highly skilled ophthalmologists and 12 experienced optometrists in a collegial, team-based setting.
Full-Scope Practice: Manage a wide range of ocular conditions and patient types—from comprehensive eye exams to ocular disease management, including glaucoma, medical retina, cataract co-management, oculoplastics, and refractive surgery.
Autonomy & Growth: Build and expand your practice in line with your clinical interests, with opportunities for subspecialty focus and professional development.
Collaborative Environment: Benefit from easy access to consultation and co-management with ophthalmologists across multiple subspecialties.
Robust Support: State-of-the-art equipment, efficient administrative support, and a dedicated team to help you focus on patient care.
