Overview: We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Optometrist to join a well-established, high-volume private surgical practice in central Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced ophthalmologists and optometrists in a modern, state-of-the-art facility equipped with an optical shop and on-site ambulatory surgery center.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive eye care services, including routine exams, contact lens fittings, and vision screenings Manage medical eye conditions such as glaucoma, dry eye, and ocular infections Deliver pre- and post-operative care for refractive and cataract surgery patients Collaborate with a team of ophthalmologists, optometrists, and skilled support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with regulatory standards Qualifications:
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program Active Pennsylvania Optometry License (or eligibility for licensure) Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth Compensation & Benefits:
