Overview
A leading outpatient mental health practice in Orange County, CA is seeking a
Board-Certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist
to join its thriving, mission-driven team. This is a full-scope, outpatient position with no call, access to interventional psychiatry, and a strong clinical support system.

What You’ll Do
Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children and adolescents
Collaborate closely with parents, school systems, and referring providers as part of a whole-child care model
Supervise fully licensed APPs (PAs and NPs) when applicable
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team and clinical leadership
Contribute to integrated treatment plans with access to 50+ local partnerships (pediatricians, IOPs, rehab programs, schools, etc.)
Work on-site at a primary clinic location (hybrid model available after onboarding)
Practice Highlights
10 clinic locations across Orange County (Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Orange, Santa Ana, Mission Viejo, and more)
Access to TMS, nasal Ketamine (typically used for adults), and active clinical research department
Upgraded EMR for improved usability and reporting
No on-call responsibility
Dedicated administrative and care coordination support for pediatric providers
What You’ll Need
Board Certification in Psychiatry
Fellowship training and Board Certification/Eligibility in
Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
Active California Medical License (or eligibility)
Experience treating children, adolescents, and their families in an outpatient setting
A team-based mindset and collaborative clinical approach
Interest in interventional psychiatry or research is a plus (though most interventions are adult-focused)
34 total paid days off (including holidays)
