The
Revenue Science team
builds the infrastructure that optimizes borrower offers — balancing customer appeal, lender requirements, and capital availability. This role provides the opportunity to work on high-impact backend systems that directly influence revenue growth and borrower access to affordable credit. What You Will Do
As a
Software Engineer on the Revenue Science team , you will: Collaborate with product, analytics, ML, and capital markets teams to drive smarter pricing and efficient capital deployment. Design, build, and maintain
real-time services
powering fee computation and offer filtering. Identify opportunities to optimize marketplace performance and lender alignment. Develop scalable, reliable systems that support
experimentation and rapid market adaptation . Ensure the
security, performance, and availability
of pricing platforms. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments to deliver high-quality, maintainable code. Ideal Background
3–5 years of professional experience in backend or full-stack software development. Hands-on experience with distributed systems and APIs. Proficiency in one or more of the following:
Kotlin, Python, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL . Experience deploying applications in a
cloud-native environment
(AWS, GCP, or Azure). Familiarity with
microservices and real-time data pipelines
(Kafka, Spark, or similar). Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred
Background in
fintech , particularly in revenue optimization, pricing, or capital markets. Familiarity with integrating
machine learning models
into production systems. Experience working on
internal tools
to improve team efficiency. Demonstrated ability to thrive in varied environments — both collaborative and independent, remote and in-person. Compensation and Benefits
