What We’re Looking For: DDS/DMD Degree: Active and unrestricted license in the state of Minnesota. Dedication to Excellence: A passion for comprehensive, patient-centered care with a focus on trust and comfort. Commitment to Continuous Learning: Desire to continuously expand clinical skills and professional growth. Credentialing with Dental Insurance Plans: Ability and willingness to credential with various dental insurance plans.
Physical Requirements: Essential Duties Performance: Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Versatility in Sitting and Standing: Able to sit and stand for extended periods as required. Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds when necessary. Training: Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training throughout the year. TB Testing: A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN).
