Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead and oversee all clinical operations, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care. This role involves managing clinical staff, supporting program development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities
Oversee clinical and non-clinical functions within the PHP. Ensure treatment planning and documentation meet licensing and accreditation standards. Facilitate team meetings and case reviews. Monitor client progress and implement evidence-based treatment modalities. Collaborate with leadership to enhance program effectiveness. Assist in audits and regulatory inquiries. Refine policies and improve clinical outcomes. Support recruitment and training of the Nova team. Maintain a safe and ethical clinical environment. Qualifications
Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field. Active clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT). 5+ years of clinical experience and 2+ years in a leadership role. Knowledge of ASAM criteria, DSM-5, and trauma-informed care. Strong leadership and organizational skills; EMR proficiency required. Compensation
Compensation:
$110,000 - $150,000, based on experience. Benefits
