General Manager with strong financial and menu management skills

to lead our growth. We’re seeking a

General Manager

who thrives on both creativity and discipline. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage staff and virtual assistants, develop profitable menus, and ensure TAG’s financial health through strong P&L oversight. This role is about more than keeping the lights on—it’s about driving revenue, protecting margins, and elevating the TAG experience. Responsibilities

Operations & Leadership: Run day-to-day operations across coffee bar, lounge, and event rentals. Team Management: Lead and manage staff scheduling, payroll, and training. Accountability: Hold virtual assistants and staff accountable to SOPs and KPIs. Menu Development & Cost Control

Create and update profitable coffee and cocktail menus. Track inventory, cost of goods (COGS), and margins on every item. Maintain COGS under 28–32% with portioning and pricing discipline. Negotiate with vendors for best pricing and partnerships. Financial Management

Own the P&L: deliver weekly revenue/expense reports to ownership. Keep labor costs at or below 25–30% of revenue. Drive a minimum 15% net margin after expenses. Monitor inventory variance to keep losses under 3%. Event & Revenue Growth

Secure 6+ paid private rentals per month. Execute at least 2 in-house events monthly that align with TAG’s audience. Grow memberships by at least 15 in the first 90 days. Personally support sales efforts for high-ticket rentals and memberships. Guest Experience & Brand Standards

Ensure every guest interaction reflects TAG’s upscale, creative brand. Resolve client issues quickly and professionally. Maintain a zero “bad service” review standard. What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a GM, F&B Manager, or Ops Manager in hospitality. Strong

financial acumen : P&L management, cost tracking, margin control. Menu development experience (coffee, cocktails, or both). Sales-driven mindset—comfortable closing event and membership deals. Highly organized, proactive, and systems-oriented. Comfortable working some evenings/weekends for major events. Why Join TAG?
