General Manager position at Method Co. in Detroit, MI. Join to apply for the General Manager role at Method Co. (Method Hospitality overseeing Hiroki San, Sakazuki, and Aladdin Sane concepts). Method Hospitality has welcomed a series of new food and beverage concepts to the growing scene in downtown Detroit. We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our team. Responsibilities

Achieve budgeted food sales, beverage sales, labor costs, and profitability. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Complete customer follow-up calls in a timely manner. Build cross-functional teams with exemplary communication, functional skills, and full accountability while maintaining a customer focus. Handle all Food & Beverage inquiries and ensure timely follow-up on the same business day. Build and hire operational teams. Attend and participate in weekly F&B meetings and Department Head meetings. Assist in menu planning and pricing. Develop and maintain department manuals. Supervise weekly payroll input. Perform other duties as directed by Director of Operations. Participate in Manager on Duty shifts as required. Ensure bar inventory for functions, including opening/closing inventories, accurate bar summaries, and cash deposits preparation. Complete weekly schedules and shift duties while maintaining labor costs at or below budgeted expectations. Complete monthly inventory. Foster teamwork and positive relations with co-workers and management. Staff training and development; ensure HR procedures follow company policy. Support high employee retention and personal development. Discipline personnel when required. Oversee scheduling within the department and ensure service exceeds expectations. Maintain operation standards in line with company guidelines and report equipment/facility deficiencies as needed. Required Experience

Prior use of Resy preferred. Minimum 3-4 years of experience as General Manager. Strengths must include multi-tasking, problem resolution, and customer relations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Team player with a strong work ethic. Benefits & Perks
