We’re seeking a Fulfillment & Customer Support Manager to build our operations and customer care function from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set up systems, design workflows, and mentor a growing team—all while rolling up your sleeves to make sure every order and every customer interaction runs smoothly. What You’ll Do

Build and manage in-house fulfillment operations (order flow, inventory, shipping, returns). Implement Shopify integrations, inventory management tools, and customer support software. Define workflows for order processing, shipping carriers, tracking, and returns. Develop customer support processes, including platform setup and escalation standards. Collaborate with our ecommerce team on launches, returns, and customer feedback. Mentor and lead the associate-level team member(s). Advise leadership on scaling decisions (e.g., additional fulfillment centers, 3PL evaluation). Report on KPIs: fulfillment accuracy, delivery speed, return rates, and customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For

7–10 years of progressive experience in fulfillment, logistics, and/or customer support. 3+ years in management, overseeing teams and full warehouse or customer service center operations. Proven success implementing systems/software (Shopify, WMS, Zendesk or similar). Experience making strategic operational decisions on warehousing, carriers, and scaling fulfillment. A leader who can “fly high and go low”—setting strategy while stepping in to execute when needed. Thrives in fast-moving startup environments. Why Join Us
