VML is seeking a Senior Project Manager, a proactive and strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, account management, production, media, analytics, and technology, to drive projects from inception to completion. This role reports to a Project Management Lead and is a key point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing regular updates, and fostering strong relationships. Your primary goal will be ensuring client satisfaction and project success. What You'll Do
Work:
Deliver exceptional projects on time and within scope, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards and client expectations. Oversee project execution, identify dependencies, and secure alignment on scope, schedule, and budget. People:
Motivate and direct cross-functional teams to produce outstanding work, fostering a collaborative "One Team" approach. Build strong client relationships and manage expectations. Process:
Establish and manage project communication and processes, using existing tools to monitor progress and mitigate risks. Develop detailed project plans and seek process improvements. Financials:
Handle project estimation, planning, and profitability. Manage budgets, track expenses, and maximize financial efficiency. Who You Are
A Problem Solver: Skilled at resolving complex project challenges with creative solutions. A Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal skills, able to communicate effectively with clients and teams. A Collaborative Leader: A team player who fosters a productive environment and motivates others. Organized and Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks. Client-Focused: Passionate about delivering great service and building lasting relationships. Adaptable: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to adjust to changing priorities. Proactive: Anticipates issues and develops solutions proactively. What You'll Need
Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in advertising or marketing communications, preferably at a creative agency. Proven track record managing complex, integrated marketing projects. Experience with project management tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Slack, and Teams. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience leading meetings and tailoring communication to different audiences. Experience with omnichannel programs and diverse teams across remote offices. High emotional intelligence and the ability to motivate teams. Self-motivated with a drive to produce excellent work. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The base salary range is $70,000-$140,000 USD, with individual compensation based on various factors. We offer a competitive benefits package. Our hybrid work model involves teams in the office about four days a week, with accommodations available upon request.
