Job Details As a Senior Project Manager in Healthcare Construction, you will lead groundbreaking projects shaping the future of the healthcare industry. You will manage projects such as hospitals, medical office buildings (MOBs), and various expansion and renovation initiatives. This permanent role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects from conception to completion while delivering exceptional value to clients.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage a diverse range of healthcare construction projects from start to finish, including ground-up construction, expansions, additions, and renovations.
Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, ensuring coordination and on-time, on-budget delivery.
Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and maintaining strong relationships.
Manage project risks, identifying potential issues and implementing proactive solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, as well as internal quality standards.
Provide regular project updates to senior management, including progress, budget, and significant changes.
Continually seek opportunities to improve processes and outcomes, driving efficiency and quality across projects.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction, with a focus on healthcare construction.
Proven track record of successfully managing ground-up construction, expansion, addition, and renovation projects.
Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and its unique requirements and standards.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong leadership and client management skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills to proactively identify and address project risks and issues.
Excellent communication skills with clients, team members, and senior management.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CCM) are highly desirable.
