Overview Top ENR GC looking for a Project Manager with multi-family, education, healthcare and commercial large project experience ($25M+), for projects in and around the DMV area. Incredible company culture and growth opportunity.

Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Job details We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our construction team. This is a permanent role, with a focus on multi-family, commercial, and healthcare projects. The successful candidate will work on a diverse range of projects, from healthcare facilities and educational institutions to multifamily housing and affordable housing projects, with emphasis on strategic planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from initial planning to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, architects, and engineers to meet project objectives.

Develop and implement project schedules and plans, identify risks, and devise mitigation strategies.

Manage project budgets, provide regular financial reports and forecasts to senior management.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.

Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Continually evaluate project performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, focusing on healthcare, K-12, university, institutional, multifamily, and affordable housing projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. PMP certification would be advantageous.

Experience in strategic planning and budgeting within the construction industry.

Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Thorough understanding of construction processes, materials, regulations, and standards.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.

Proficient in project management software and related technology.

Commitment to high standards of quality, safety, and ethical conduct.
