In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Prepare the store for success through leadership and execution. Participate in an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program before assuming full responsibilities. Training and Development

We provide an 8+ week store leadership training program and ongoing career and leadership development, including continuous education assistance and scholarships. Compensation & Benefits

High school diploma required Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Food Safety: Serve Safe certified ADA Statement

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and reach across counters. Kitchens are hot with high noise levels. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts. About Panda
