Overview
Northeast Medical Group, Inc. seeks Night Hospitalists to work at Yale New-Haven Hospital's locations in New Haven, CT. Night Hospitalists will provide comprehensive medical care in internal medicine to adult inpatients through admissions, cross coverage, and discharge; contact patients' Primary Care physicians about in-hospital and follow-up care; provide hospital diagnosis to Primary Care physicians; and manage new prescriptions and treatments.
Night Hospitalists will cover evenings and weekends and will assume the Attending Physician role during occasional weekend day shifts. Qualifications
MD or DO degree (foreign equivalent accepted) CT physician license prior to employment Completion of Internal Medicine residency program Board Eligible/Certified in Internal Medicine Application Process
