We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Neonatologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a Level III NICU. This role will require you to be at the forefront of neonatal medicine, using the latest technology and medical advancements to save lives and improve outcomes for neonates and their families. Responsibilities
Providing high-quality, compassionate care to neonates in our Level III NICU. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Conducting comprehensive examinations of newborns to assess health status and initiate interventions. Interpreting and analyzing diagnostic tests and medical data to diagnose conditions and monitor progress. Communicating effectively with families, providing updates, and offering emotional support. Participating in rounds, case conferences, and research studies to stay abreast of developments in neonatal care. Training and mentoring residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals in neonatology. Qualifications
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school. Completion of a Pediatric Residency and Neonatology Fellowship. Board certified or board eligible in Neonatology. A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a Level III NICU. Proven experience in neonatal resuscitation and management of critically ill neonates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions under pressure.
