Base pay range: $250,000 / yr - $325,000 / yr.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Neonatologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a Level III NICU. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in neonatal care, demonstrate exceptional clinical judgment, and possess a strong commitment to providing top‑tier care for our youngest patients.

Responsibilities

Providing high-quality, compassionate care to neonates in our Level III NICU.

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.

Conducting comprehensive examinations of newborns to assess health status, identify issues and initiate necessary interventions.

Interpreting and analyzing diagnostic tests and medical data to diagnose conditions and monitor progress.

Communicating effectively with families, providing updates, education, and emotional support.

Participating in rounds, case conferences, and research studies to stay abreast of latest developments in neonatal care.

Training and mentoring residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals in neonatology.

Qualifications

Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.

Completion of a Pediatric Residency and Neonatology Fellowship.

Board certified or board eligible in Neonatology.

Minimum 5 years of experience working in a Level III NICU.

Proven experience in neonatal resuscitation and management of critically ill neonates.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make quick, accurate decisions under pressure.

Deep commitment to patient‑centered care and passion for improving the health and well‑being of neonates.
