Overview
Capital Health is seeking a Nocturnist to join our dedicated team. Capital Health serves a diverse patient population across central New Jersey and Bucks County, PA, with two hospitals in urban Trenton and suburban Hopewell. We care for patients of all ages and provide comprehensive medical services across the lifespan.
The listed minimum pay reflects compensation for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position. Actual compensation may differ depending on assigned hours and position status (e.g., part-time).
Minimum Pay:
$298,438.00
Position Details:
This is a Nocturnist role with a 7 on / 7 off schedule (7 pm – 7 am). Must be willing to work nights only. Call duties may be required and will be compensated above salary.

Direct clinical care for diverse patient populations
Supervision of Medical Residents and Advanced Practice Providers
Participation in hospital-wide performance improvement and patient safety initiatives
Qualifications
Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Current NJ License or ability to obtain one
MD/DO Degree from an approved medical school
3+ years of post-graduate training from an accredited family medicine or internal medicine residency program; 3+ years of experience practicing as a primary care physician preferred
