We’re developing next-generation antibody therapeutics with the goal of transforming treatment paradigms—and we’re looking for a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead our clinical strategy from the ground up. What You’ll Do

Own the clinical development strategy across the pipeline, from IND prep to Phase 2/3 trials. Lead clinical trial design, medical monitoring, safety evaluation, and regulatory interactions. Provide scientific leadership and guidance to internal teams, external collaborators, and key opinion leaders. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, operations, regulatory, and business teams to align medical insights with company strategy. Build and mentor a high-performing clinical development team. Work directly with the CEO and serve as a key representative to investors, partners, and scientific advisors. Who You Are

MD with experience in immunology, rheumatology, or neurology. 10+ years of clinical development experience, ideally in small-to-mid biotech companies. Proven success leading Phase 2/3 trials and navigating regulatory strategy. Strong communicator, strategic thinker, and hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
