The Department of Diagnostic Radiology at West Virginia University School of Medicine is seeking well-rounded diagnostic radiologists (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank) to join our rapidly expanding academic imaging team. The academic practice has a long-standing relationship with the nearby Veterans Administration hospital, with the primary responsibility of the successful applicant to provide general diagnostic imaging coverage for this site. Responsibilities

Provide general diagnostic imaging coverage for the VA site as part of an expanding academic imaging team. Engage in teaching and supervision of radiology residents and medical students. Take on leadership opportunities within a growing academic department and contribute to community radiology coverage. Participate in a work schedule with no call or evenings required, within a 6-day clinical work week (Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; Sat 8:00 AM–4:00 PM) and 8 days off after each week of coverage. Collaborate with a dedicated team of fellowship-trained radiologists, nurses, and technologists to provide integrated, patient-centered care. Note: No IR procedures, PET/nuclear medicine, or mammography are required for this opportunity. Qualifications

MD or DO (or foreign equivalent); board certified/eligible in Radiology. Eligible for West Virginia medical licensure. J-1 visa waiver sponsorship available for eligible candidates. Well-rounded diagnostic radiology skillset, including basic fluoroscopy. About WVU Medicine
