The District Business Manager leads the sales efforts within a designated region, managing a team of field sales representatives. This influential leadership role requires strategic planning, team development, and a focus on achieving sales targets for Novo Nordisk’s cardiometabolic product portfolio, which includes therapies for diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular health. Key Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and coach a district sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives. Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with regional and national goals. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies. Manage budgets, expenses, and administrative requirements effectively. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Pharm D preferred. Minimum 6 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience. At least 2 years of people management experience. Strong strategic, analytical, and relationship-building skills. Additional Details
