Responsibilities
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of successful experience in a fee-for-service practice, with a desire to provide direct patient care while managing daily operations with the support of a proven practice management team. Significant chair-side experience, along with strong team-building and leadership skills, is essential. Directors serve as the primary care provider for a generous patient flow and work collaboratively with and mentor associates. They must also work with our specialists to grow the practice's specialty departments. Our in-office specialty services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, enabling comprehensive dental care for patients. Providers oversee the entire clinical patient experience, from initial exam and treatment planning to care delivery. Provide direct patient care and manage daily operations with the support of a practice management team Qualifications At least 3 years of success in a fee-for-service practice DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited dental school Current state dental license Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination Proof of malpractice insurance Current BLS or CPR certification Significant chair-side experience
