About Us:
Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, a member of Lahey Health, is a renowned 337-bed tertiary care hospital and Level I Trauma Center in Burlington, MA. Our Cardiovascular Division has a strong reputation for exceptional heart care. We are a physician-led, multi-disciplinary group practice.
The Opportunity:
We seek a full-time, BC/BE Clinical Cardiologist to join our growing Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, spending an average of 3 days per week in Lynnfield, with the remainder of their time spent at Burlington for echocardiography, outpatient clinic and inpatient services. This is an exciting chance to build a thriving outpatient practice and provide expert inpatient care for complex referral patients.
What You'll Do:
Take part in growing an outpatient cardiology practice with adequate operational support. Collaboratively work with a seasoned group of PCPs in Lynnfield who directly refer. Provide high-quality inpatient cardiology care. Direct the management of complex cardiology patients. Contribute to the teaching of our 22 fellows (clinical cardiology, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and vascular medicine). Participate in the education of medical students and residents through our affiliation with UMass Chan School of Medicine.
We're Looking For Someone With:
BC/BE in Cardiology. A strong interest and experience in both outpatient and inpatient cardiology. A commitment to exceptional patient care. A passion for clinical teaching. Skills or interest in cardiovascular imaging, vascular medicine, and/or advanced heart failure (a plus!).
