Highlights Community Health Network, Gastroenterology Care is expanding in the already robust multi-specialty group consisting of 20 employed gastroenterologists, as well as 14 advanced practice providers. Our team of physicians generally cover one to two locations within a 20 minute drive of each other.

Shared call
Block procedure time
Investment opportunities with endoscopy and/or ambulatory surgery centers
One of the largest primary care networks in the state
Practice provides ERCP, cholangioscopy, EUS, capsule endoscopy, EMR and RF ablation services
Cancer care partnership with MD Anderson Cancer Network
Physician led organization
Competitive compensation and benefits package, including incentives
Licensure & Certifications
Board certified/board eligible in Gastroenterology
Indiana medical license will be required
