Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Boston, Massachusetts
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support an elementary school caseload in Boston, MA. This contract position runs for the next school year and offers a Monday through Friday schedule of 6.5 hours per day. The role is ideal for a clinician with expertise in pediatric speech-language therapy, preferably with experience in school settings and teletherapy.
Qualifications
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Experience in healthcare and pediatric speech therapy
Familiarity with teletherapy delivery models
Completion or current status as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate
Experience working with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices
SLPA experience in healthcare is advantageous but not required
Responsibilities
Manage a diverse elementary school caseload delivering speech-language services
Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication goals
Utilize AAC devices to facilitate communication for students requiring assistive technology
Provide individualized assessment and therapy services tailored to student needs
Participate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning

This position offers consistent full-time hours in a structured school environment, allowing for professional growth and meaningful impact on student outcomes. The director is actively reviewing candidates and is prepared to conduct interviews this week.
