Vice President of Operations – (QSR)
Massachusetts | $155,000 – $175,000 base performance bonus car & phone allowance full benefits What You’ll Do
Oversee operations for 80 restaurant locations, focusing on execution, growth, and profitability
Lead and mentor Directors of Operations and Area Managers to drive accountability and performance
Develop and implement strategies that align with company goals and brand standards
Ensure compliance with brand, safety, and operational procedures
Use performance data and analytics to identify areas for improvement
Foster a strong team culture with a focus on hospitality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
Collaborate with HR, Training, Finance, and Marketing to support business goals
Support leadership development and succession planning within operations
What You Bring
9 years of multi-unit leadership
experience in QSR or fast casual restaurants
Experience scaling operations in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Strong leadership and team development skills
Solid understanding of restaurant P&L management
Comfortable leading from the field and being deeply involved in daily operations
Approachable, down-to-earth leadership style with a people-first mindset
Local to Massachusetts or willing to relocate and immerse in the business
