Redwing Dental Care is seeking an experienced General Dentist to lead a practice with clinical autonomy while being supported by Heartland Dental, the nation’s largest Dental Support Organization. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with a high-performing 8-person team delivering exceptional patient care. Utilize state-of-the-art tools including an iTero Scanner, WaveOne Gold, and VideaHealth AI to provide advanced and efficient care. Maintain full clinical autonomy in decision-making and practice management. Participate in comprehensive continuing education programs to sharpen clinical skills. DDS/DMD Degree and active unrestricted Illinois license. A passion for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care with a commitment to trust and comfort. A strong desire to continue learning and expanding clinical skills. Credentialing with dental insurance plans and willingness to become credentialed. Physical Requirements
Demonstrate ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods, adapting to dynamic practice. Capacity to lift and carry up to 45 pounds when necessary. Availability for periodic virtual training sessions and in-person training when required.
