What You'll Do: Provide comprehensive general and advanced dentistry, including crowns, bridges, implants (placement and restoration), basic endodontics, surgical extractions/grafting, and cosmetic procedures. Lead treatment planning, case management, and patient education with a focus on high-quality, patient‑centered care. Mentor, hygienists, and support staff; contribute to staff training and clinical standards. Collaborate with the practice owner on implementing business strategy, clinical protocols, and growth initiatives. Participate in practice improvement and quality assurance initiatives. Experience and Qualifications: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school Current unrestricted license to practice in Florida in good standing Minimum of 7 years of continuous experience practicing comprehensive dentistry in a private practice setting. Proficient in digital dentistry (CBCT imaging, digital scanning technologies), simple to moderate implant cases, cosmetics, and restorative treatments. Demonstrated capability to build patient rapport, manage treatment expectations, and maintain strong clinical outcomes. Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
