Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic services Develop personalized treatment plans focused on long-term oral health Leverage digital tools and modern techniques to improve outcomes and efficiency Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients to build lasting relationships Collaborate with hygienists and assistants to ensure high-quality care Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation What We're Looking For
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active (or eligible) dental license in the state of Ohio Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience preferred Strong proficiency across a wide range of general dentistry procedures Passion for delivering exceptional care and growing professionally Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
