Based in Park City, UT, Triumph Geared Solutions is a leading independent aerospace gear and gear box supplier for the commercial and military helicopter and business jet markets and employs approximately 200 employees. The Company’s key products and services include power transmission systems, integrated gearbox design and builds, airframe mounted accessor drives (AMAD’s), engine mounted accessory drives (EMAD’s), rotorcraft transmissions, turboshaft internal gearboxes, emergency power gearboxes, and large complex aero gears for both OE and aftermarket/spares end markets. Park City, UT lies east of Salt Lake City in the western state of Utah. Framed by the craggy Wasatch Range, it’s bordered by the Deer Valley Resort and the huge Park City Mountain Resort, both known for their ski slopes. Daily collaboration with suppliers to ensure high quality product is delivered to TGS-PC Daily collaboration with cross-functional teams including supply chain, operations, engineering, manufacturing, and inspection to provide solid solutions to supplier issues Understand and analyze complex problems and derive solutions Effectively communicate technical issues, solutions, ideas and concepts to a diverse audience including Program Managers, Customers, and Executive Management Use data analytics to investigate nonconformance history, identify trends, and drive action to reduce defects with suppliers Identify opportunities for quality improvements and remove non-value added waste from supplier processes and internal TGS processes Lead and participate in nonconformance investigations with/at suppliers to analyze and determine root cause, define corrective actions, and ensure corrective action implementation is effective Lead and participate in supplier performance reviews with top/key suppliers Track and report monthly quality performance metrics Review purchased part drawings and specifications and to fully understand requirements to ensure proper quality flowdowns to suppliers Conduct audits of products and processes with/at suppliers Review defects attributed to suppliers for validity and work with suppliers to ensure effective RCCA Assist Receiving Inspection with the review of supplier FAIs Manage supplier Corrective Action requests to ensure they are responded to adequately and in a timely manner and that all actions (internal & external) are closed satisfactorily. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) 3+ years of relevant work experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface with an organization at all levels Excellent problem solving skills Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks Demonstrated work ethic Strong attention to detail AS9100 Experience Compliance and Regulatory experience Ability to take the initiative to become involved in activities to help resolve problems and make improvements Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Working knowledge of Inspection methodologies and tools (CMM, Faro, calipers, micrometers, etc) Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) 3+ years of experience in a Supplier Quality Role in a manufacturing environment Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Trained Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification AS13100 knowledge/experience Experience with Advanced Quality Processes (PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, 8D, A3 Problem Solving) Understanding and use of the DMAIC Process: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control Experience facilitating effective Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) Working knowledge of Material Review Board (MRB) standards, practices and Customer engagement. Experience with New Product Introduction and Program Start-up Additional Information
