Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations • Provide leadership and support to department heads and staff • Develop and implement policies to maintain high standards of care and service • Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to meet organizational goals • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the community
Qualifications: • Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Illinois • Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing administration • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and reimbursement • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Commitment to resident-centered care and team development
