$185,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr Omeros is an innovative biopharmaceutical company developing first-in-class therapies, with products and programs described in the original description. What you will do (Responsibilities)

Manage the business within a specific geographic territory. Educate customers on disease state awareness materials and the signs and symptoms of thrombotic microangiopathy (TMA) as it relates to HSCT patients in targeted institutions. Participate in and help create pre-launch strategies to support a product under FDA review for HSCT-TMA. Educate customers on a monoclonal antibody for HSCT-TMA in targeted hospitals across the territory, focusing on HSCT physicians, hematologists, nephrologists, nurses, and pharmacists (pending FDA approval). Support reimbursement and access efforts by engaging Pharmacy Directors, social workers, and related roles to ensure product access and distribution. Execute the national sales and marketing strategy and create a territory business plan to maximize opportunity. Collaborate with home office, Brand, National and Corporate accounts teams for pull-through of product sales. Analyze account and physician sales data to develop territory tactical plans and drive business growth. Utilize Microsoft Office products and Veeva CRM to track call activity and sales progress. Maintain Company and Industry Compliance Rules. What education and experience do you need?

Bachelors degree required; life sciences or healthcare concentration preferred; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 5 years in rare/orphan disease territory management; HSCT/hematology experience is a plus. Experience in a commercial function (operations, sales training, or marketing) with increasing responsibility preferred. Launch experience with a demonstrated track record of success; specialty experience in oncology/hematology preferred. Experience working with major Blood and Marrow Transplant Centers and key opinion leaders in those centers. Skills and knowledge

In-depth knowledge of the medical industry (Pharmaceutical, Hospital, Specialty Pharmacy, Biologics/Biotech). Familiarity with adding products to hospital formularies. Knowledge of HSCT-related products (chemotherapy, radiation, supportive care products) is preferred. Proven track record of above-average performance in prior sales roles. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities. Proficiency with technology tools (Microsoft Office, Veeva CRM, etc.). Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with management, peers, and subordinates; integrity. Other information

Work remotely from the assigned region. Ability to drive to or fly to various meetings/client sites; overnight and weekend travel may be required; travel expectations vary by territory. Attend sales meetings at off-site locations. Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record; residence in the assigned territory required. Compensation and benefits

Competitive total compensation package. The wage range is $185,000 to $220,000 per year, with salaries determined by knowledge, skills, education and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with company match, three weeks vacation, 80 hours sick time, and twelve paid holidays.
