DESCRIPTION Are you looking to spend more quality time with patients and less on documentation? Do you want to be at the forefront of primary care innovations? We are seeking full-time primary care providers for our healthcare startup in the Bay Area. You will manage your own patient panel at our physical locations and via chat and telemedicine platforms. WHO YOU ARE Passionate about transforming healthcare and thinking beyond traditional models. Excited about leveraging technology to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and help shape operational models. Committed to providing excellent customer service and attentive to patient needs. WHAT YOU WILL BRING Conduct medical histories, examinations, record results, diagnose, and develop care plans. Order and interpret diagnostic tests like EKGs, blood work, and imaging. Perform procedures such as immunizations, cryotherapy, pap smears, and Nexplanon insertions/removals. Communicate treatment plans with patients in person, via chat, and by phone. Maintain detailed documentation of examinations, diagnoses, and treatments. Provide health education on topics like diet, family planning, and wellness. Prescribe medications within state guidelines and company policies. Monitor patient health changes and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to diverse populations. QUALIFICATIONS Master’s degree from an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program. Board Certification. Active California or New York license. Active DEA registration (including Schedule II). Basic Life Support (CPR) certification. Preferably 2+ years of experience; 3+ years ideal. Experience in primary care setting. Interest in healthcare innovation through technology. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills, including asynchronous communication. Adaptable and confident in navigating change. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prolonged standing, walking, and moving. Exposure to chemicals, bloodborne pathogens, and bodily fluids. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: $138,330 - $169,070, with transparent, location-based pay and stock options. Benefits include 15 days PTO, 10 paid holidays, 9 sick days, education reimbursement, health insurance, 401K matching, malpractice insurance, DEA license reimbursement, and subscriptions to professional resources.
