Responsibilities
Responsible for leading supply/demand teams as well as sales and operations planning process for entire global business
Collaborate with process partners across sales, merchandising, finance, marketing and sourcing to determine strategy and process for supply planning, product fulfillment, and inventory management.
Execute strategic direction and tactical plans for production planning, deployment, demand planning, and sales and operation planning
Lead Continuous Improvement and process standardization initiatives
Work closely with manufacturing, sourcing and customer fulfillment organizations to align on necessary actions to balance customer service metrics, cost targets, and inventory levels.
Reports to Vice President / General Manager of overall business
Serve as a key member of global leadership team
Skills And Experiences
Ability to lead large teams
Develop, align, and execute a vision and strategy across multiple functions
Enterprise thinking and decision-making, sometimes with limited data
Strong communication skills and capable of influencing effectively at all levels
Manage conflict across functional teams
Experience in assessing and developing an organization
