Responsibilities

Sales and Profit: Achieve store targets, implement strategies and promotions to drive traffic and increase sales.

Memorable Shopping Experiences: Deliver inclusive, positive customer interactions that reflect Claire's values.

Piercing Excellence: Undergo comprehensive training to guide customers, conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions.

Store Operations: Oversee inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, and promotional activities to reflect Claire's brand.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, manage, and develop team members; foster collaboration, motivation, and accountability.

Brand Representation: Maintain well-merchandised displays reflecting latest trends and provide fashion-related tips to customers.

About You

Sales-Driven Mindset: Focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets and maximizing opportunities.

Customer-Centric: Committed to exceptional service and memorable shopping experiences.

Retail & Leadership Experience: At least 1 year of retail management preferred, with proven ability to drive sales and support team success.

Confidence in Piercing Services: Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist and provide expert guidance.

Strong Communication & Selling Skills: Ability to engage customers, build relationships, and close sales.

Independent Work Ability: Self-motivated, organized, and able to take charge when needed.

Job Requirements

Ability to conduct piercings and show patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.

Proficiency with POS systems and basic math for inventory, sales analysis, and cash handling.

High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years retail management experience.

Physical ability to stand for shifts and lift 11-35 kg (25-75 lbs); ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb as needed to place merchandise and assist customers.

Passion for fashion and staying current with trends to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with customers, employees, and management.

Team leadership with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn; ability to work independently when required.
