Full-time (On-site) Schedule:
Monday-Friday day shifts, with occasional weekend requirements Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all clinical operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple sites. Supervise outpatient clinic Program Managers, providing training, support, and performance feedback. Support Program Managers with staffing, employee evaluations, disciplinary processes, and professional development. Ensure compliance with treatment protocols, agency standards, and regulatory requirements. Provide clinical oversight to multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring effective care and positive client outcomes. Monitor statewide trends and adapt service delivery accordingly. Oversee program budgets and resource allocation, working with managers to meet financial goals. Qualifications
Dual Licensure (Mandatory): LCAS and LCSW or LMHC, with at least one being a full licensure. Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience managing staff and overseeing clinical operations. Clinical Expertise: At least 10 years of direct clinical experience with substance use and/or mental health populations, including supervisory responsibilities. Financial Management: Proven experience with budgeting and resource allocation. Working Conditions
Office-based with occasional travel across service sites. Day shifts with occasional weekend work. Must be able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Benefits
