We are seeking a Deployment Strategist, a pivotal leadership role focused on driving the successful adoption and strategic implementation of AI-powered Agentforce solutions for our key customers. This role emphasizes solutioning, strategic oversight, and executive relationship management rather than hands-on technical execution. As a trusted advisor, you will be the primary front-facing contact for Agentforce deployments, bridging customer needs with product innovation to ensure long-term value realization. You will help define and steer the Agentic AI strategy and roadmap, establish guardrails, and ensure responsible AI usage. You will oversee complex deployments, foster collaboration across stakeholders, set strategic goals, and address challenges proactively. You will connect customer needs with product development, providing field insights to influence enhancements and accelerate the product roadmap, ensuring the Agentforce platform remains at the forefront of AI solutions. You will facilitate workshops (e.g., agent design and jobs-to-be-done) to craft innovative solutions and guide organizational readiness for AI adoption, maximizing return on investment. Your Impact
Strategic Solutioning & Design Leadership:
Lead analysis and strategic design of intelligent AI-powered agents within Salesforce environments (Agentforce, Data Cloud, Flow, Salesforce APIs). Translate complex challenges into clear, actionable architectures and deployment plans with a focus on business impact. Deployment Ownership & Program Management:
Provide oversight for Agentforce deployments, ensuring integration with customer infrastructure. Track progress, address roadblocks, and guide long-term reliability, scalability, security, and guardrails governance. Executive Customer Relationship Management:
Act as primary front-facing contact for deployments, building trust with C-suite executives and key stakeholders. Present proposals that drive measurable value and adoption. AI Strategy & Responsible AI:
Lead discussions on Agentic AI strategy and roadmapping. Drive Responsible AI principles, including risk mitigation, bias testing, and robust guardrails for ethical, safe AI usage. Facilitation & Workshop Leadership:
Design and lead workshops to define optimal AI solutions and align cross-functional teams. Conversation Design & User Experience:
Apply foundational Conversation Design to guide intuitive, user-centric conversational AI experiences. Organizational Readiness & Change Management:
Assess readiness for AI adoption and guide process transformations to maximize benefits. Product Evolution & Strategic Feedback:
Serve as a feedback loop to product/engineering; field insights influence future enhancements and the product roadmap. Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in strategic solutioning and oversight of cloud-based technology deployments, with a proven track record of leading enterprise projects Experience leading and overseeing deployments of AI/LLM technologies, including end-to-end engagement management Ability to solve open-ended problems in unstructured environments with a curious, analytical mindset Entrepreneurial spirit with a get-things-done attitude and focus on fast delivery and measurable customer impact Excellent collaboration and communication skills (written and verbal); ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives Experience managing executive customer relationships in a strategic advisory or consulting role Demonstrated AI consulting abilities in conversation design, responsible AI practices, and prompt engineering Ability to travel 25-50% of the time, as needed to customer sites Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Agentforce platform Experience developing conversational AI solutions in regulated or highly sensitive environments Salesforce platform certifications (e.g., Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist) Knowledge across Salesforce CRM (Service, Sales, and Marketing Clouds) Knowledge of AI/ML concepts beyond LLMs, including NLP Accommodations: If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions, please submit a request via the Accommodations Request Form.
