Overview
VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Project Contract Analyst to support our NAVSEA customer. This is a hybrid position reporting onsite 3 days a week in Washington, DC. Responsibilities
The Project Contract Analyst will be a liaison with the government, and bring a passion for supporting both sides of the acquisition and contracts life-cycle process (pre- and post-award federal contracts), and improving the processes that defend our nation. Provide overarching contracts, financial, and program management support as well as perform administrative functions. Develop high-level spend plans. Implement business process improvement. Develop senior-level financial or logistical briefings. Track and provide status updates. Process a wide variety of tasks to completion, identify and correct data errors, and provide recommended solutions. Develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). Assist with budget reports. Maintain action trackers to ensure tasks are completed correctly, comprehensively, and on time, and maintain financial trackers. Participate in various meetings. Assist with the monitoring of performance, cost, and schedule impacts, coordinating across multiple programs and organizations. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree 0-4 years of experience with the DoD acquisition contracts Experience with using Adobe Pro and Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint Knowledge of program management applications, such as cost, performance, or scheduling Ability to be proactive and work independently in a team environment Ability to develop, document, and implement new processes and brief leadership Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills Active DoD Secret clearance Desired Qualifications
Experience working with NAVSEA Experience in working with various Navy Waterfront entities, including shipyards, installation teams, and regional maintenance facilities Bachelor's degree in a Business field Salary information: The salary at VISTA is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and contract-specific requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is 65,000 to 90,000 (annualized USD). The estimate represents the typical salary range and is one component of VISTA's total compensation package.
