Program Management Analyst

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Program Management Analyst to support our NAVSEA customer. This is a hybrid position reporting onsite 3 days a week in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities
Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of client efforts
Work with key stakeholders to develop integrated master schedules, review contracts, and project cost accounting
Help with tactical planning using resources such as Microsoft Project
Interact regularly with senior program managers, SMEs, and stakeholders across multiple programs
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of experience supporting contract management with DoD acquisition programs
Experience developing programmatic schedules such as Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
Experience using Microsoft Project and Excel
Knowledge of IPS Pillars for Federal Acquisition processes
Knowledge of Navy ships, submarines, or unmanned systems
Ability to operate independently within a team environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Active DoD Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications
Experience with ACAT 1 programs
Knowledge of NAVSEA contracting processes or acting as a COR
Experience developing multiple IMS products
Bachelor’s degree in a Business field
PMP Certification
Salary at VISTA is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $80,000.00 to $130,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of VISTA's total compensation package for employees. We also offer a competitive leave package and a generous benefit plan which includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, tuition assistance, and an employer matching 401(k) plan.
